TTKZ series three-phase to single-phase isolation transformer with an anti-flash lacquer finish for maximum protection, isolation, noise and vibration reduction. Transformers of the TTK series for applications where there is a very high single-phase consumption in the installation and the load should be distributed in a three-phase system to prevent an important imbalance. It should be taken into account that due to the way they work, this type of transformer does not achieve a completely balanced load on the head.
The current in the central primary phase may be twice the nominal current. It is advisable to use these transformers for powers higher than 5kVA since it is understood that in most industrial facilities, for a consumption equal to this power or less, this will not result in a significant consumption load. For the powers equal to 5kVA or less, use “PD”, “QD”, “ND” or “TK” series single-phase transformers.
All transformers are dipped in anti-flash varnish and then pressed in a furnace. This process increases the degree of insulation, reduces noise and provides protection against moisture and waterproofing.
All connection terminals are made of copper. For transformers with aluminum coils, internal bimetallic AL-CU connections are made by welding with filler and sealant to ensure a secure connection over time.
The high power transformers are manufactured with form factor cores and low loss characteristics, thus contributing to improved performance.
All transformers are automatically tested one by one and the compliance test report is generated according to the appropriate standard.
