Description
1W isolated, SMT, unregulated dc/dc converter with no minimum load requirement. High efficiency up to 82%, wide working temperature range -40~+85°C without power drop, no minimum load required, isolation voltage of 4kVDC (or 6kVDC optional), continuous protection against short circuit, etc.
The converter can be ordered with an external cover.
These DC-DC converter modules use advanced power processing, control and packaging technologies and are suitable for all kinds of systems, such as CAN bus to isolate data transmission lines in communication protocols or power device drive circuits (IGBT、GaN).
